Electronic Claims & Remittance Advice Autodialer

Autodialers are connectivity plug-ins. Each connection to and from a Host receiver requires a dedicated Autodialer. If more than one Receiver/Clearing House needs to be supported, additional dedicated Autodialers are required. One Autodialer is included in the License at no charge. Additional Autodialers are extra.

DYNAMIC LICENSING:

Is Dynamic licensing for me?

Dynamic licenses, contrary to the flat fee/up front structure of the Static license, may vary from month to month depending on the usage of the Software. The monthly fee is seat based. The number of seats is calculated based on the following formula: number of system users+number of workstations+number of providers divided by 3 (rounded up). Monthly seat licenses include immediate and continued upgrades to all subsequent new development versions.

1. One provider, two staff, three workstations represents 2 Seats (1+2+3=6/3=2) resulting in a monthly charge of $ 400.

2. Three providers, nine staff, nine workstations represents 6 seats (3+9+9=21/3=7) resulting in a monthly charge of $1400 ($466 per provider).

3. Twelve providers, thirty six staff, 48 workstations represents 32 seats (12+36+48=96/3=32) resulting in a monthly charge of $6400 ($533 per provider).

4. A billing company, servicing 20 providers, having two staff members and 2 workstations represents 8 seats (20+2+2=24/3=8) for a monthly charge of $1600 ($80 per provider).

TRAINING AND SUPPORT:

There is no mandatory maintenance contract. Training and support are available ad hoc and is billed based on the fees listed hereunder.
